After School Program: A Safe Space for Learning and Growth

Project H.O.O.D. is excited to launch its After School Program beginning Monday, September 15, 2025, at 6620 S. King Drive, Chicago, IL 60637. This program is designed to support youth in grades 1 through 8, offering a safe and structured environment that promotes academic success, personal development, and fun.

What You Can Expect:

  • Homework Help & Tutoring: Build strong academic habits with dedicated support from trained staff.

  • Enrichment Activities: Engage in extracurricular programs that nurture creativity, leadership, and teamwork.

  • Nutritious Meals:

    • Snack Time: Served from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM

    • Hot Meal: Served shortly after for all program participants

Program Features:

  • Support for 1st through 8th grade students

  • Safe environment with supervision and structured programming

  • Focus on education, enrichment, and holistic development
