Project H.O.O.D. invites you to attend a free Dementia and Alzheimer’s information session in partnership with leading medical professionals from Northwestern Medicine, the University of Chicago, and Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center. This community-focused event will provide valuable education on signs and symptoms, treatment options, and practical resources to support patients and caregivers. Following the information session, guests can enjoy a fun and engaging Game Day featuring board games, puzzles, card games, spin-the-wheel prizes, door prizes, and lunch served.
