The structural framework is now 90% complete, giving a clear visual of the center’s impressive design. The foundation is stronger than ever, and we’re getting closer to a fully enclosed building.

A major milestone—roofing materials have arrived, and installation is in progress! This brings us one step closer to sealing the building and beginning interior work.

The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system installation has begun, ensuring that the facility will be comfortable year-round once completed.

Significant progress has been made on electrical wiring, with major sections now powered up. This allows for lighting, security systems, and essential building functions to start taking shape.

The interior walls for office spaces, training rooms, and classrooms are being framed, making the vision of an educational and entrepreneurial hub come to life.
